I am an unwavering advocate for personalized, patient-centered care, advocating passionately for each patient's unique needs. Together, we unlock the potential for lifelong well-being.

My experience

Experience

I’m a trained Family Nurse Practitioner, Integrative and Lifestyle Consultant, and National Board-certified health and Wellness Coach with over 30 years of experience caring for patients from various settings, for example, Oncology and Neurology. I focus on the mind, body, and soul. I enjoy caring for people and making them feel better when they are at their worst times, and I enjoy helping them take control of their health. I focus on after-cancer care, precision, restorative medicine, health maintenance, and prevention by using lifestyle and integrative medicine to help empower my clients to make lasting health behavior changes, which are the cornerstones of lifelong well-being.

Testimonials

Gracienne explained what was happening to me in easy-to-understand terms and phrases. I'll never forget her kindness, knowledge, and ‘softness’ during my cancer treatment. I truly needed all three.

LE, cancer survivor

Gracienne treats patients like family and caters to their every need—I learned a lot from her way of caring for patients. Gracienne’s knowledge and passion shine when they are most needed, and I am fortunate to have worked with her. Even years after her moving to a new practice, I still have patients who ask about her because of the positive influence she had on their lives.
