My mission is to assist you in becoming strong and confident from the inside out. We will journey together through mindful movement, deep breathing, and the beautiful method of Pilates.

Experience
As a retired dancer, the art of moving has always been of utmost importance to me. I opened my studio, Iron Butterfly Pilates, 18 years ago with the mindset of guiding private clients to truly gather their sense of finding their strength from within.

Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor
200 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor
Bachelor of Art in Dance, Radford University
