Appointments Policy

No-show and cancellation fees:
If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged a 50% appointment fee.

Refunds:
We cannot offer a full refund for requests to prescribe a particular medication, or to complete particular paperwork that is not accepted.
Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the scheduled visit.

Overtime visits:
If a visit runs over time, the practitioner will let you know if they are able to continue the visit and if they will charge you for the additional time spent.
