Trusted Sources, Evidence-Based Care
Our programming is developed using the most reliable clinical evidence and the latest guidelines from respected organizations such as NCCN, ASCO, ESMO, ACS, and SIO. This ensures that we provide patients with safe, effective, and evidence-based resources.
As scary as diagnosis and treatment can be, the end of treatment can be even scarier. How do I recover? Will it come back, and will I know if it comes back? What can I do to decrease to risk of it coming back? And how do I deal with lingering side effects?
The After Cancer is just the place to help cancer survivors and their loved ones find the answers and help that they need. And it doesn’t matter where you live or where you received treatment since it is a virtual practice that comes to you!
My mission is to provide reliable information for someone with a cancer diagnosis, being treated for cancer, recovering from treatment, seeking cancer recurrence risk reduction strategies, or at high risk for cancer. Also to provide reliable information about a variety of topics from nutrition, exercise, sleep, supplements, healthy aging/longevity, and integrative medicine.

Patient-led programming to drive engagement.
Our goal is to ensure that every piece of programming not only meets clinical standards but also addresses the real needs and experiences of survivors navigating life after cancer. All programming is built using evidence-based practices, expert input, and patient feedback.
Async Content
Our educational content provides evidence-based resources on the most important topics in cancer survivorship. The content is organized into three categories:
-
Programs: guided pathways designed to help survivors address common symptoms or work toward personal goals.
-
Interventions: structured, time-limited approaches focused on a specific need.
-
Libraries: collections of articles, videos, and tools that cover the key topics of life after cancer.
Group Sessions
Together with our care team and guest experts, we curate a monthly calendar that blends guidance with lifestyle practices to support patients’ long-term well-being. Each month is thoughtfully designed around the real needs of our community, offering a balance of expert knowledge and practical tools patients can use in their daily life. Our main class categories include:
Peer Support
Our platform facilitates peer support circles where survivors connect, share experiences, and learn from one another in a safe, moderated environment. These circles foster community, emotional resilience, and practical problem-solving as patients navigate life after cancer together. Each group is guided by trained moderators who ensure conversations remain supportive, evidence-informed, and focused on patient well-being.
