My mission
My mission is to gently assist you in achieving steps toward better health through the knowledge of LIVING FOOD that have proven to help rebuild, strengthen, and re-energize beginning at the cellular level. Knowing a bit about the power of food and its components has me so INSPIRED to SHARE how even small incremental changes make a difference. The goal is to personalize a plan that’s the best fit for YOU– precision nutrition – to meet your bodies needs because, as much as we are the same, we are also considerably different.
My experience
Experience
After a life-changing event and then finding my passion for nutrition, I feel so privileged to have started my career at Jackson Memorial Health System in Miami where I worked with cancer patients in the bone marrow transplant and the gyn-oncology units while assisting with University of Miami’s Sylvester Cancer Center. Fast-forward a few years and I had the great opportunity to work with Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida to help launch their new transplant program for liver, kidney, and heart transplants. After moving to east central Florida, I currently work with Veteran’s in a Cancer Center while also feeling blessed to have fulfilled a careerlong desire to have a part-time nutrition practice working with cancer patients. And like so many, my life as been closely touched by many loved ones around me that have gone through the battle.

Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition, Commission on Dietetics Registration
Certificate in Weight Management (nearly 7yrs. teaching group classes), Commission on Dietetics Registration
